Tips to De-Stress the Holidays

The Holiday Season is upon us.  So much to do! Shopping, no extra time, kids concerts, trying to make everything perfect... Here are some tips to help you de-stress and recharge yourself!

1.  Create a Holiday Playlist! Music soothes the soul.  Pick some Holiday tunes that make you think of great holiday memories!

2.  Open the Curtains and let the sunshine in! 

3.  Take some time to volunteer at a local soup kitchen or pay it forward by paying for the person behind you at your local coffee shop!

4.  Go for a walk! 

5.  Do Less! Don't go overboard to make others happy.  It is ok to say No!

6.  Watch a funny movie! Laughter is the best medicine!

7.  Turn off your cell phone for a little bit.

8. Give yourself a gift of a message.  Go ahead, you deserve it.

9.  Get some rest, take a power nap.

10.  Make a cup of tea or hot chocolate.
